While DB2 for Linux, UNIX, Windows and DB2 for z/OS may be from a different heritage, they are more similar than you think! This session will explore the advances that have been made in both platforms over the years to minimize differences and also highlight the features that have helped reduce the effort required to manage and deploy these systems. In addition, we will review recent announcements for both products as well as give you a glimpse into what the future holds for each platform and how you might be using DB2 five years from now. |
